This course is designed for undergraduate students whose major is Food and Nutrition. This course will provide fundamentals of all aspects of human physiology.

Field Study

Two weeks field practium for the preparation of dietetics will be performed before academic semester starts. 2 weeks credit of dietetic field practicum will be given, which is required for the qualification of National Examination for Dietetian. Grading will be based on 82% of field evaluation score and 18% of field practium report.

Junior Seminar

The purpose of this course is to let undergraduate student be exposed to recent research interests in the areas of food and nutrition by attending seminars and conferences.Students are expected to attend field trip to lrean about new instruments, to read papers and give a presentation on the food and nutrition topics, to write on a short proposal and to experience lab techniques.
